Broncos Leagues Club is situated at Red Hill and is home to the Brisbane Broncos Rugby League team. We are one of Queenslands largest Leagues Clubs, comprising 280 gaming machines, two food outlets, function and events facilities, three bars, TAB and Keno.

With previous experience as a Duty Manager (preferably in a similar Leagues Club environment), you will be:

  • hard working;
  • passionate about providing exceptional customer service;
  • have the ability to mentor and develop our up-and-coming supervisors; and
  • positively contribute to our already dedicated Duty Manager team.

You will possess demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of Club operations including gaming, food and beverage, reception, Keno and TAB. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operations of the Club on your shift including, but not limited to, supporting department Managers and Supervisors, the overseeing of staff, resolving any compliance matters, and responding to any incidents on site.   Maintaining a diplomatic approach when problem-solving and resolving conflict is imperative, as is your ability to assess and handle situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

Being a large Club, each day will never be the same and as Duty Manager, you will play an integral role in the overall success of our Club. The Club has many exciting plans for the future including a refurbishment and we are looking for the right Duty Manager to join our journey.

Mandatory requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of three years Duty Manager experience in a medium-large sized Club (a similar Leagues Club environment is highly desirable).

  • Current RMLV, RSA & RSG certificates as well as an Approved Managers Licence.

  • Current First Aid Certificate.

  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including days / nights and weekends.
