SURF DAYS, WORK NIGHTS
One of Byron Bay’s busiest late night venues, Woody’s Surf Shack, is searching high and low for an outstanding General Manager to lead our team.
The successful candidate has 5+ years of industry experience, world-class customer service skills and the ability to build culture and lead a team in a late night, high volume, high speed environment.
Skills required include:
- venue management
- staff training
- beverage knowledge + cocktail expertise
- computer and reporting proficiency
- cash handling experience
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
