Groups Travel Consultant
- Relaxed working environment
- Rare role to be able to handle travel agents and direct customers
- Great travel product on offer
- Monday - Friday with a saturday on rotation (1 in 4)
Group Travel responsibilities:
- Working with client’s before, during and post travel
- Booking all different sized groups from 30 to 100+
- Source product, design concepts, organise logistics and coordinate all passengers.
- Consistently provide the highest level of customer service
- Booking add on FIT travel
Skills required for this groups travel consultant role:
- Recent experience booking group travel
- Ability to work on spreadsheets and various reservations systems.
- High attention to detail as groups change all the time!
