Our client, high end Japanese restaurant in Canberra is looking for Sushi chef for their site. They currently seek a highly competent and motivated individual to perform the role of Sushi Chef. If you are experienced chef and proved to work with high standard, Visa support is available as well. 
 
 
The core function is to manage day-to-day kitchen duties. Your main responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to, the following:
 

•  Manage food preparing and cooking;
•  Sushi(nigiri, Makimono), Yakimono, nimono etc
•  Maintain Kitchen hygiene and safety issues, and stock ordering
•  5 days a week

 
It is ideal if you possess a minimum of 1 years Sushi experience in restaurant or similar position, as well as a passion for food creation, and a strong work ethic. A variety of cooking experience from Sashimi to Yakimono will be well regarded.
