About the role
We are looking for experienced operation manager to join our team to mentor our operation members and franchisees
Your duties will include and not limited to the following:
Overseeing day to day management of operations team
Auditing franchisee stores
Leadership and training
Increase business turnover
Compliance in purchasing approved stock
Must be hands on and able to multi task
OHS & Food Safety development and management
Quality Control
Profit & Loss analysis for franchisees
Sales & fair work Audits

Skills and experience
- Have at least 3 year experience in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate competent skills in cafe with coffee, milk texturing and latte art knowledge.
- Operation management experience in leading café/restaurant teams
- Be flexible with working hours that vary from 8am- 6pm (NB: Weekend availabilities are required at times)
