JOB DESCRIPTION

*Specialising in Cruise - tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
* Ability to build and nurture relationships
*Offer exceptional service levels to all customers throughout the booking process
*Process client bookings and documentation preparation
*Daily invoicing and data entry

EXPERIENCE

*Background in a busy sales environment - Minimum 1 year
*Able to work quickly with a high standard for accuracy
*Excellent cruise product knowledge
*Strong attention to detail
*Proven record to exceed KPI’s
*GDS experience is desirable
*Proven track record of excellent customer service
*Ability to work independently

PACKAGE:

You will receive a very competitive salary of $40,000 + commission + super
