JOB DESCRIPTION

*Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Handle enquires from travel agents and direct customers
* Ability to build and nurture relationships
*Offer exceptional service levels to all customers throughout the booking process.

EXPERIENCE

*Background in consulting - Minimum 2 year
*Able to work quickly with a high standard for accuracy
*Excellent knowledge of Asia ,South Pacific & Cruise
*Strong attention to detail
*Proven record to exceed KPI’s
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus etc.)
*Proven track record of excellent customer service
*Ability to work independently

PACKAGE:

You will receive a very competitive salary of $40,000 + commission + super

*Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday and Sunday*
