About the role
 
The Front Desk Supervisor, has a clear career path and is accountable for ensuring the front desk operations creates a safe and relaxing experience for both patients and practitioners, and is running at superior levels both operationally and efficiently.
The core duties involve:

• Supervision, coaching and development and performance management of front desk assistants
• Management of inventory, conducting stocktake and ensuring clinic is replenished daily
• Maintain procedural accuracy and discipline, reviewing and documenting procedures
• Manage all front desk activities and leading by example
• Dispute resolution
• Quality control
• Ensuring a harmonious environment for both staff and clients

 
Selection Criteria
 
Given this is such a golden opportunity, there are a couple of key qualities and experience that will see you successful;

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills
• Excellent leadership qualities
• Mandarin speaking will be highly regarded
