About You:
As the ideal candidate, you will have a commitment to yours and the companies susses through hard work, delivery on service and an understanding of the current market trends and delivery on service standards.
Ideally, experience we seek includes:
- A proven experience in a similar style venue, which is food and beverage driven, and above all, customer service oriented.
- Experience with running a busy food service and directing traffic.
- Experience with Gaming and TAB
- Full knowledge and experience in driving numbers, profit, and service standards in a busy, evolving environment
- Good understanding of all operational and Policies in a structured, yet entrepreneurial environment
- Above average communication skills with senior management, employees and guests alike
- Good financial Acumen, understanding of operation, compliance, and ability to instil structure
- You must be a hands on manager, this is not an office role, you must be able and wanting to mix with the guests.
- Very important in this role is your need for growth, hunger for knowledge, and want for success
