As the face of the store, the Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and efficient running of the venue. This is a hands-on position that will see the successful applicant working on the floor, with the team for much of their working week.

Looking After the People

The successful applicant will be a great coach and mentor. They will have experience leading large teams in fast food or casual dining venues and have a proven history of creating a positive working environment for their team. They will have experience in and be responsible for:

  • Training the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Implementing team briefings, meetings and staff incentives
  • Continuously motivating and inspiring the team and fostering a positive work environment.

While the product is fun and vibrant, the company means business. An established brand, the company has a great structure in place, striking the ideal balance of support and autonomy.

Looking after the Numbers

The person who secures this role will be sales driven. They will know that the people drive the numbers and seek to create an environment that fosters productivity and profitability. They will:

  • Have been exposed to restaurant costings and will know how to control labour and COGs to ensure maximum business profitability
  • Have experience in rostering, ordering, stocktakes and management reports

The Ideal Candidate will also:

  • Be passionate about the hospitality industry and maintain a good knowledge of industry trends
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be extremely well presented and have an infectious enthusiasm for all they do

This is a hands-on position that requires an upbeat, positive personality with a can-do attitude. This is a beautiful venue with a buzzing atmosphere and great vibe and you will be integral to the development of this ideal!
