We are a busy seaside pub that is looking for a enthusiastic, passionate and creative foodie.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
* Eye for detail and presentation
* Ability to work un-supervised
* Stock ordering
* Ensuring kitchen complies with Health and Safety procedures
* Staying within food costs and budgets
To be successful in this role you will require the following qualifications and qualities:
* A high standard of personal and kitchen hygiene
* Good communication skills with the ability to deal with customers and staff
* Trade qualification or experience
* A bright personality
* To work as part of a team
* To work a rotating roster Monday to Sunday
