We offer a good balance of work and life and have the bonus of being situated in the northern beaches of Sydney, right on the beach. So living near by means you get to enjoy all the northern beaches has to offer, including a swim after work.
The kitchen team is very stable and reliable and many have worked for 4 plus years and all are passionate about creating a positive work environment where bullying and harassment are not welcome.
The food is modern Sardinian / Italian. we take our inspiration from the classics and use them as a base to create dishes that show just enough technique that its exciting, but doesn't ruin the integrity of the products we use or the essence of the dish.
The restaurant has maintained 2 Chefs hats for its 14 years of been open, so standards and expectations are high, but we are willing to take enthusiastic and positive individuals and work with them to build skills and encourage growth.
salary is dependant on experience and as a bonus tips are an addition.

About the role
Pilu is seeking chefs for both savoury and sweet kitchens. Experience in Italian cooking and good skills a bonus......Positive and good attitude, team work and communication are a must. The section you are placed on in the kitchen will depend on your experience and strengths.
