Req'd SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Provide a Consistent work history in kitchens along with references
* Must be able to cook solo when quiet & be able to work harmoniously with a team when busy
• Experience in a quality a la carte environment - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service & Functions.
**Must be able to demonstrate excellent skill in plate presentation.
** must be able to create and change menu
• Responsible for delivering a consistently high quality food product.
• Display a passion for great food and a thorough understanding of current food trends with emphasis on seafood
• Be driven and focused with a desire to learn and succeed in a culinary/hospitality career.
• Be honest, enthusiastic and reliable. ( be able to pass criminal/police check)
** Be clean , sober & no drugs
• Display excellent communication skills.
• Be well presented and groomed.
• Have the ability demonstrated with references and tenure
• Have the knowledge and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.- and lead by being hands on to set the standard. and Hold a food safety certificate.& be responsible for food health and kitchen & store(s) cleanliness.

We are searching for an effective leader who will inspire, motivate and encourage the FOH team ensuring an exceptional, high quality product is achieved and delivered.
You will have excellent time management and communication skills.
This is a full time, position including most weekends and public holidays with 4 weeks annual leave. Flexibility will be required during busy/seasonal holiday periods.
