Job tasks and responsibilities

• Practice in accordance with food safety handling requirements
• Build customer relationships and greet customers promptly and courteously
• Efficient and timely in-house functions are set up, serviced and pack down
• Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menus.
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with all staff
• Time management and organisational skills

Skills and experience

• Must have a Food Handling Certificate
• Police Check preferred (Obtained within the last 3 years)
• High standard of personal presentation
• Professional work ethic
• Self-motivated and can work autonomously and as part of a team
• Must have a Victorian RSA
• Barista Certificate and knowledge or experience is desirable
