About the business
Good Times Milk Bar aims to be Melbourne's hottest and newest coffee and kitchen destination. We are currently recruiting experienced and proven Chefs and Cooks. Good Times Milk Bar is offering an exciting opportunity to work with established hospitality professionals in a uniquely designed space located in Bentleigh, 20 minutes from Melbourne's CBD.
GTMB Cafe is a seven day operation from 7am - 4pm serving breakfast and lunch, The Burger Canteen kicks off Thursday through Sunday 4pm - 9pm.
About the role
You will be working closely with the Head Chef with dealings ranging from back of house staff recruitment, training and development, menu development, liaising with suppliers and monitoring food costs, rostering and wage control - our kitchen team are encouraged and mentored through all facets of operations.
About you
