Bells at Killcare is a 25 room boutique property located in a quintessentially Australian contemporary coastal setting just one and a half hours north of Sydney. The property also boasts the acclaimed Bells Restaurant & Bar, one of the leading restaurants in regional NSW.
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the running of our wedding events and functions. In addition to this, you will assist in the day-to-day running a busy fine dining Italian restaurant.
To be successful in this role, as a minimum you will require;
- A high degree of motivation to provide our guests with an exceptional service experience
- Experience in supervising functions & weddings at a similar level venue
- Fine dining a la carte restaurant supervision experience
- An passion and empathy for dealing with wedding clients
- A high degree of organisational skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- A willingness for weekend and night work
- Strong communication skills
- A current NSW RSA card
