We are looking for a cook or chef who has at least 12 months of experience working in a commercial kitchen. You must have experience in multiple areas of the kitchen such as butchery, poultry, seafood, pastry, salad, canapes, stocks and sauces.
You must have a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and have your own knife kit, apron, chef hat and safe closed toe shoes.
It is a fast paced environment and you need to be organised and prepared.
The pub is situated in the Townsville CBD and does both Lunch and Dinner trade Tuesday to Friday and dinner only on Saturday.
