Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough
Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough is the premier beachside hotel, conference and events venue in Western Australia. With sparkling views over the Indian Ocean, Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough has 337 rooms, 24 conference spaces, Straits Café, The Lobby Bar, Club Lounge, Cascades Pool Bar and leisure facilities including lagoon style pool, gym, tennis courts and games room.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic casual Administrator to support our Food and Beverage operations.
Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all Hotel Food and Beverage collateral is created, and maintained, within TFE brand standards.
- Generation and distribution of reporting on, and responding to, guest feedback
- Action local area marketing activities for Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough
- Social media monitoring and marketing within TFE brand standards
- Collateral design and marketing updates
- Compilation of the monthly Food and Beverage Guest newsletter
- Ensure all websites are accurate and portray the hotel’s Key Selling Points
- Coordinate major events of the Food and Beverage Activity Calendar. I.e. Christmas Day, Melbourne Cup etc.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Department with additional administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and professionally written)
- Ability to use a full range of PC applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Design with a high standard of proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain content within Social media platforms to optimum audience exposure within existing brand standards.
- An ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high quality of output.
- Well presented in a professional manner appropriate for a 4.5 star Hotel working environment.
- Ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Previous experience in a Food and Beverage environment, preferable hotels.
- Flexible working hours based on department operational support requirements.
Working hours for this role have an element of flexibility for the right candidate. Minimum roster requirement are approximately 20 hours per week. These hours are to be spread across at least three days per week.
