About the business and the role
Amelia Park Lodge is an exciting property containing a boutique lodging, a Tavern and a Restaurant all in the one location. A high attention to quality and detail are essential to all members of our team, as is a good attitude to hard work.
Job tasks and responsibilities
There will be a hands on approach in the everyday running of the kitchen along.
You will be a positive, proactive individual with good communication skills.
You will have experience in a fast paced kitchen environment and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing great food to our guests
Skills and experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Effective planning, prioritisation and decision making skills
• Strong communication, people management and administrative skills
• Strong creativity and ability to think outside the square
MUST HAVES:
• Some previous experience in a similar position or a similarly high quality establishment
• Fluent written & verbal English is essential
