Description
The Restaurant Manager upholds the Rolld brand by providing leadership and coaching.
They report directly to their Area Manager; their duties include:
•Budgets and P & L's
•Rosters
•COGS
•Staff Management
•Building Sales and increasing profits
•Deliver and promote outstanding customer service
•Maintaining compliance with training programmes and procedures
Profile
The required skills and experience for this role will include:
•Exceptional leadership skills
•Staff Management
•Financial acumen
•Experience in a fast paced environment
•The ability to motivate and get the best out of their team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience running a similar business and be motivated to improve sales and profitability.
