Food & Beverage Manager

We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join the Food Services team in the role of Food & Beverage Manager in a full-time capacity.

As a supervisor, you will provide guidance and leadership to the team during their shift, with overall responsibility for operations in conjunction with the General Manager.

You will be driven by a desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our guests in line with our high standards, effectively delivering professional and efficient food, high quality coffee and beverage service.

To be considered, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

• Minimum two years’ experience as a food and beverage supervisor
• Experience in staff supervision and leadership attributes
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated exceptional employee presentation standards
• Attention to detail and prompt attention to guests
• Highly motivated and hardworking
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Current qualifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol 
• Previous coffee making experience
