The Grounds is a multi site experience group that have venues in Alexandria and Sydney CBD. Currently in the top ten most instagrammed place in Australia, we offer a venue like no other and pride ourselves on our unique and beautiful space.

Due to internal progressions and busy times ahead we are looking to recruit for our management team. 

We have a few roles available at the moment and keen to hear from people are looking for that new venture and to start their career path here with us at The Grounds. 

This role requires someone who is self motivated and someone who can motivate others. Someone who is results oriented, mature and professional  supported with a high level of creativity, innovation and attentive skills to create memorable experiences for each and every guest.

Each role will have management duties and these will include but not be limited too: 

  • Support/Head up interviewing, selecting, training, supervising and disciplining Front of house staff
  • Supervise the floor to ensure The Grounds standards and steps of service are met through all guests interactions
  • Ensure that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to staff
  • Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary
  • Ensure staffing levels are accurate based on business needs
