Located right on the Bluff Beach at Devonport on the North-West Coast of Tasmania, Drift is a share plate style restaurant renowned for great food and service in a casual atmosphere with some of the best views from any restaurant in Tasmania.
Ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a kitchen, is passionate about food and enjoys getting creative in the kitchen and putting out food of the highest quality, loves their chosen career and smashing out a busy service and is a stickler for cleaning and organizing of the kitchen. Must be available nights and weekends, will not be expected to work them all but must be available.
A chance to be a part of a young, enthusiastic and passionate management team. Duties include; assisting head chef with all operations of kitchen management, ensuring kitchen procedures are adhered to, training junior staff, stock control and management and assisting head chef with creation and implementation of menu items.
