We are looking for a talented, passionate hospitality professional to join our new Cannington team, this is more than just a job If you are looking to join a team of fabulous people working with great food and service standards, then bring your passion and skills and come join our family.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day to day operation of the Restaurant
- Service standards and excellence
- Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
- Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
- WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
- Special Projects as required
Skills & Requirements
Required
- Valid Australian working rights
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
- RSA
- Hospitality/People Management experience (Minimum 1 years' experience)
