About Atrium & Lobby Lounge
Located within the Crown Metropol Perth lobby, our award winning Atrium is Perth’s finest buffet dining venue. The generous food offering includes seafood, a comprehensive Asian section, a wide choice of Western and European dishes and a dessert section that simply must be seen to be believed. Atrium is open every day for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner along with Sunday High Tea and accommodates services of over 1000 covers.
Situated next to Atrium, The Lobby Lounge takes many forms from morning to night. During the day, freshly brewed aromatic tea, coffee and leisurely breakfast treats are served. In the evening, you will see guests enjoy a classic cocktail before heading to a theatre show, one of our many restaurant offerings or to their room within Crown Metropol Perth.
About the Role
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be a hospitality professional who has the ability to exceed customer expectations. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all operational procedures associated with running these two premium venues and ensure compliance and high standards are maintained. As an influential leader, you will instil positive team culture through training and mentoring and develop a high performing and engaged team.
Requirements
- Management experience of a large premium restaurant
- Experience in managing functions and events
- A Background leading large teams, this role is responsible for over 120 staff
- Ability to exceed customer service standards
- True passion for the industry
- Ability to train, mentor and motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional presentation
- A solution focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive off the high-pressure nature of running a successful restaurant
- Genuine approach to building and maintaining strong relationships
- Strong financial acumen
- Approved manager’s card
