We are seeking an experienced Chef for this busy pub located in Palmer Street, South Townsville. This is a fulltime position requiring an immediate start and a minimum 12 month commitment.
Duties:
- 100% Hands on cooking of Bistro meals
- Stock control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Liaise with other department managers to ensure the smooth running of the venue
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a busy kitchen
- Experience with menu planning & stock control
- Able to work unsupervised
- Seeking a long term commitment
- Must be able to work split shifts, nights and weekends
