About You

• You're an engaging and outgoing team player who gets a kick out of delivering exceptional service and thrives on being part of a high performing team.
• You love food & drink and take a keen interest in the latest trends, the hottest new venues and stay across ever-evolving guest expectations
• You're passionate about staging great bar & dining experiences for guests and have the ability to create a connection with people from all walks of life
• You're really competent at all of the basics including; taking orders, clearing and resetting tables, providing suggestions on menu options, and providing bar and beverage service
• You take great pride in your venue and you ensure that your space is always warm and inviting

In order to hit the ground running you will have:

• Prior experience in staging awesome food & beverage experiences in a bar, restaurant or hotel setting
• An ability to thrive under pressure and work as a team in a high paced environment
• A great sense of style and immaculate presentation and grooming
• Attainment of the necessary Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate 
• The ability and flexibility to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays and weekends
