If you're a passionate CDP who loves working with the best and freshest ingredients then this is the role for you. Working with some of Sydney's finest suppliers and under the direction of an exceptional Head Chef.

The Role

• CDP, running of sections and guiding junior chefs 
• Stock management and ordering
• Cooking duties including prep and service
• Effective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of product and service
• Won't be micromanaged but must be fully accountable
• Ensure daily standard levels are met
• Maintaining exceptional standards of kitchen cleanliness 
• Being a chef is not your job, it's your passion

About you:

• Trained in European cuisine
• Cool under pressure and excited by a challenging fast-paced environment
• Minimum 2 year's experience as a CDP in a fast-paced or similar kitchen environment
• A team player that supports other team members
• Ambitious and want to grow further in the company
• A passion and commitment to delivering high-quality food
