We are looking for a culinary professional with a passion for food and the industry. This is a pivotal role within a large scale food and beverage operation and your management skills will be paramount in the succession of this position. As a result of having a lot of experience in the industry you will be confident in many types of cuisines and cooking methods, and you will be able to work and manage a large team of chefs. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will help drive the business by achieving set goals and KPIs. Your individual flair and professionalism will be showcased within this environment and encouraged. This role also leads to career development and the opportunity for working in a great food and beverage operation with a high standard.
You must hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and will have held previous management positions within a kitchen environment. You will be confident in working all sections of the kitchen and must be able to train and mentor junior chefs.
