Equity Valet Parking Pty Ltd is the contracted service provider to Qantas Airways Ltd, delivering a range of services including Valet Parking, Car Cleaning, Chauffeured Transfers and Dry Cleaning across 4 states. We pride ourselves on delivering a concierge style service with passionate and empowered people. We currently have a position available for a Casual employee at our Adelaide site.
As a Customer Service Officer you will work closely with the Valet Manager as part of a team of professional customer service employees, working varying shifts in a 7 day a week operation.
With a strong emphasis on a positive team culture, exceptional customer service delivery, value-add services and on-time vehicle delivery you will be experienced in dealing with corporate customers, achieving sales targets, be process driven and have an understanding of procedural compliances.
You will also be able to demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving and initiative in resolving customer and operational challenges and obstacles.

You will have an advantage if you come with proven sales experience.
You must possess a current non-provisional driver's license for a minimum of 3 years.
You will also need a 'Driving History Check' report in order to qualify for an interview.
