Country Club Tasmania is the hub for Gaming and Entertainment in Northern Tasmania; and we are searching for talented and experienced Table Dealers to join our Gaming team. Our current table games include Baccarat, American Roulette, Rapid Roulette, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker, Federal Pontoon, Blackjack, and The Money Wheel.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Table Gaming Dealer
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a flair for entertainment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong sense of team with ability and willingness to support others and see the bigger picture
  • The ability to clearly differentiate between colours
  • The physical ability to stand or sit for long hours at a Gaming Table
  • A high level of internal motivation and proactive behaviour to work effectively when unsupervised
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, nights and weekends across 7 days)
  • The ability to effectively resolve customer queries, conflicts and difficulties in a professional manner
  • Completed an approved Responsible Conduct of Gambling course (or be able to obtain at own cost prior to commencing work)
  • To be of legal age (18 years) and hold a current Special Employee (Casino Operative) Licence under the Gaming Control Act 1993 (Tas), which includes a national police check (or be able to obtain licence at your own cost prior to commencing work)
