The Belvedere boasts some newly renovated spaces including The Pavilion, a spacious indoor/outdoor restaurant with a distinctively modern edge; The Jetty Bar, our old school public bar/home away from home for the locals; The Seaspray Room, an upstairs private function room with unobstructed sunset views across the bay; & our brand new Al’s The Pizzeria, which is a recently implemented wood-fired pizza outlet providing a mixture of authentic Italian pizzas and some Aussie favourites.

Our environment is different to normal kitchens. You will become part of a team of friendly and committed Chefs. Experience as a Functions Chef will be highly regarded.
We offer great benefits across our operations. Depending on your needs we have flexible work arrangements. Ideally if you can work greater than thirty (30) hours that will be beneficial however we can discuss other options with you.
