About the business and the role
We Require an experienced Bistro Manager for the Royal Hotel Daylesford.
The Hotel consists of 11 Rooms 4.5 Star, Dining for 120+, EGMS 18, large TAB and Keno. It benefits from local and the tourist trade all year round. It is located only 1 hour from Melbourne in a picturesque village like atmosphere. Over the past 12 months the hotel has benefited from a hands on approach from owner operators.
The successful applicant will be experienced in the food and beverage, have a strong feeling for operations and the ability to organise small functions.
Further to this your will be a leader ensuring the hotel standards and service are maintained at all times showing a " hands on approach" to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
