Having opened its doors for the first time in October last year, the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour has had an impressive start with some busy, fun and exciting months. Located on Level 35 with soaring views across Darling Harbour and the city, Club Millesime has a unique opportunity for an experienced hotel professional who has a shared passion for front office and food and beverage, to join the team as our Club Millésime Team Leader.

The Role
The team in Club Millésime coordinate the Club experience for our 66 Club rooms and VIP guests. This is a varied work environment which combines Rooms Division and Food & Beverage operations. In this role reporting to the Club Millésime Manager and Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
- Drive Club Millésime Guest Services and Food & Beverage team members to meet and exceed daily, monthly and yearly targets and goals
- Assist in providing support for the team with training and coaching
- Effectively process and administer group arrivals and departures
- Assist the Club Manager and Club Supervisor with rostering, driving policies & procedures, ensuring ambassadors are following the right sequence of service on the desk and floor
- Represent Club Millésime in the absence of the Club Manager and Supervisor and resolving guest complaints effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure the team is competent in all service procedures including up-selling techniques
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Hotel reception role
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Perfection for the smallest of details
- Previous food and beverage experience
- Strong knowledge of Opera PMS
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings or evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
