Customers will be seduced by the simplicity and honesty of a changing menu where we will be working closely with our providores to provide seasonally focused delicious food. We are all about celebrating the art and craft of fresh hand made and extruded pasta and introducing customers to preservative free carefully sourced grape varieties from Italy and local NSW wine growers to bring the very best wines on tap in the country.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Flour Eggs Water. You will need proven experience in the hospitality industry with exceptional management skills. We need people with initiative... people with drive and people with passion for what they do. 

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a similar role 
• The ability to build rapport with guests and staff
• Excellent communication skills, delegation and management skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Be flexible with hours of work; be willing to work both weekday/weekend, day and night shifts.
• Driven, self aware and results focused.
