RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are currently searching for a Restaurant Manager for a branded restaurant group in a great location in Far North Coast, NSW serving fresh food and awesome service!
Are you a Restaurant management who wants to develop your career with a well-known group?
Are you an experienced Floor management who is just ready for a change?
A Restaurant Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage Restaurant operations
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Support to recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team
- Management F&B experience
- Able to meet financial targets
- Accountable for monthly stock takes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Min 1 or 2 years as Restaurant manager or Senior Floor management level
- Working with the General Manager & Director to ensure high standards are met
