This role is for a dedicated Executive Sous Chef.

You must be someone who has initiative, is highly organised & can handle your role at a fast pace, you must be passionate about your career, whilst helping to run an efficient, successful & profitable company

Having exposure to numerous areas & working within a fully equipped professional facility, you will be responsible to assist in managing the operational & service aspects of the kitchen whilst also managing the training & development of the kitchen brigade

The successful candidate will have

  • Energy & enthusiasm.
  • Commercial cookery certificate
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a sous chef & 4+ years industry experience
  • Strong passionate leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire & motivate a team
  • A strong understanding of safe food handling procedures - HACCP
  • Able to communicate clearly & possess a good command of verbal & written English
  • An ability to work in a team environment
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A genuine passion for the trade
