The recently renovated Nag’s Head Hotel, Glebe is a traditional, old English style pub renowned for its friendly staff and patrons and its great atmosphere.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Chef de Partie, who has experience working in busy environments.
 
A bit about you:

• Have the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment
• A passion for excellent quality food, produce and service
• Minimum two years experience as a Chef
• Be reliable, punctual and hard workings
• Have strong communication skills
• Be able to maintain kitchen procedures and WHS standards
• Have sound knowledge of food, health & safety procedures
• Available to work a mix of weekends & nights
• Have Australian working rights
