One of Sydney's most iconic cafe's is heading North and looking for the best Cafe Manager Brisbane has to offer to head up their exciting new project! Opening its doors in Brisbane in the upcoming months, this will be a truly epic opening with a lot of media and attention following their success in Sydney.

Lead by some visionary owners with a flair for hospitality and all things delicious, nothing is missed in these venues - exceptional, friendly service and a tantalising menu offering only the best ingredients. With an Asian fusion influence, the brunch menu will take you on somewhat of a journey, offering a variety of flavours and something a little different to excite the palate!

With all Sydney locations having queues out the door all day every weekend, this will be no different. You can expect a busy, pumping venue, with a fantastic atmosphere and great culture.

What we're looking for;

An experienced Cafe Manager with 2+ years in a leadership position.
A dynamic and personable individual
A natural leader that knows how to get the best out of people
Passionate about training and developing others
Customer service focused - you remember locals names and can build rapport easily
A solid understanding of creating and managing a roster as well as managing labor day to day
Experience running a venue opening
A 'can do' attitude and natural intuition
Exceptional barista skills and understanding of coffee
An undeniable passion for all things hospitality
