Serco has partnered with Transperth to operate their Call Centre & Information Centres based in Perth, assisting Perth metropolitan public transport passengers by providing up to date travel information in a timely and efficient manner.

The position:

We are seeking applications from energetic and driven people to develop, mentor and motivate our staff, with a passion for customer service!. You will have the ability to rally a team behind you, develop a fun and engaging workplace, where staff feel supported and enjoy coming to work each day.  To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change
  • Call Centre experience is not essential, but would be highly regarded
  • Strong computer skills and written/verbal communication
  • Innovative and proactive approach
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, including coaching and development (desirable, not essential)
  • Flexibility to work a rotational roster (Call Centre operates Sunday – Thursday 5am - 12:30am, Friday and Saturday 5am - 2am)
