What we're looking for; 

• An experienced Manager with 2+ years in a leadership position. 
• A dynamic and personable individual 
• A natural leader that knows how to get the best out of people
• Passionate about training and developing others 
• Customer service focused - you remember locals names and can build rapport easily
• A solid understanding of creating and managing a roster as well as managing labor day to day 
• Experience running a venue opening
• A 'can do' attitude and natural intuition 
• Exceptional barista skills and understanding of coffee
• An undeniable passion for all things hospitality
