THE ROLE:

My client, a well established airline is urgently recruiting for a fares and reservations agent to join their team due to unprecedented growth

Candidates must have previous ticketing experience using a major GDS and knowledge of fares.



THE EXPERIENCE:

• Ensure accurate pricing for air items & charge additional fees when required.
• Ensure best air schedules and fares are utilized
• Confirm and issue airline tickets according to airline and company policies
• Courteously communicate with external customers to advise the applicable air
• Book all Corporate travel
• Provide courteous, profession & prompt response
• Group booking experience is preferred.
• Responsibility includes servicing new and existing bookings
• Accuracy and attention to details is essential
• Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia
• Take appropriate intermediate steps when notified of problems to resolve issues
