The Lakes Resort Hotel is a Award winning newly renovated 4 star hotel , located on the Lakefront at West Lakes. The hotel boasts Knots Kitchen, Crusoe's Signature fine dining restaurant , Lounge Bar, Wine Bar, Gaming room, 7 seperate function rooms and 72 accommodation suites.The Hotel is currently seeking team players with a passion for the industry, hard working with the right positive attitude and a demonstrated ability and or experience in a similiar 4/5 star environment to join our Food and Beverage team.
Food and Beverage:
The successful applicants will be required to work in any of the Hotels Restaurants , Bars and or Functions delivering a level of service that the hotel is renowned for.
Successful food and Beverage applicants must possess:
- RSA certificate
- Sound product knowledge of all things food and beverage
- Friendly outgoing demeanour
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Ability to work both Autonomously and within a team
Strong knowledge of Ubet would be adventageous , but not essential.
The role requires the successful candiates to work a variety of shifts including nights , weekends and public holidays.
