An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Head Chef in charge of the entire kitchen operation & BOH.
Porters are seeking an individual who has a passion for great food and the ability to run the kitchen and BOH as well as your team.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Ordering & Managing Stock
- Managing all operations of the Kitchen & BOH
- Creating Menus
- Rosters
- To Lead the team in the kitchen & BOH
You will have:
- Experience in a high volume business
- Manage a team
- Have a passion for food and business
- A strong desire to progress you & your team
- The ability to run a food safety Program
