Sodexo is seeking a suitably experienced Accommodation & Travel Manager to join our team supporting the Olympic Dam mine site to deliver exceptional service to our growing number of Village residents.
As our Accommodation & Travel Manager, you MUST have a passion for Service excellence, have an exceptional overall knowledge of Accommodation and Travel management including running a large mine site Village of up to 3,000 beds to ensure effective utilisation of mine site camp accommodation. You will also effectively lead an onsite Accommodation administration team, and generate a range of reports and forecasts for Sodexo and our Client.
About you
To be successful in this 'hands on' role you will need the following skills and experience:
Supervising and managing our Accommodation and Travel team of up to 15 staff
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills (both written and verbal) as the key point of contact for our employees, Contractors and Client
Highly skilled computer user with advanced Microsoft suite and excel skills to generate reports, create and maintain profiles and data records, and perform administrative duties as required.
Travel or Accommodation systems experience – prefer INX Inflight, SAMs or similar travel and workforce management systems
Remote Mine Site experience preferred
If you are local to Roxby Downs and Olympic Dam area we would love to hear from you, however there is flexibility for this role to be "Drive In / Drive Out" or a FIFO 2:1 Roster
