The Steward Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Chief Steward in overseeing the operations undertaken by the kitchen stewards to ensure a clean, organised and efficient kitchen is maintained at all times. This will be achieved by coordinating and assisting the stewards to perform cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation and scullery areas. Furthermore, the position is responsible for training and rostering the kitchen stewards, maintenance, sanitation and quality control.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, hardworking and flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. Experience in a similar role is essential.
