We are a national, family owned business, with company owned and franchised cafes that operate under different brands and concepts.

If you currently manage a great cafe or have experience overseeing multiple hospitality venues and are looking to develop your career in this industry, this rare and rewarding role could be for you.

We roast our own coffee and serve quality food that we make ourselves in high volume, fast paced environments. We pride ourselves on doing the common things uncommonly well.

You will be supported by a team of experienced, passionate hospitality professionals that love what we do and will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure that ongoing operational needs of Cafes are met by implementing and controlling agreed procedures and methods of work.
  • Meet or exceed agreed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help individual Cafes achieve their agreed KPIs.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to all stakeholders by responding to queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Monitor and control the image, brand and style guide across all Cafes within a geographical area.
  • Assist in and ensure that staff are recruited, inducted and trained to standard
  • Proactively report any inconsistencies, complaints or potential areas for improvement to management
  • Ensure that food produced is of a high quality, in line with recipes, displays are abundant and of a high standard and kitchens are clean and organised
  • Add value through positive and successful customer relations (internal and external)

You will also have attention to detail, helping to identify and implement any potential areas for improvement across the cafes.

You will have a passion for food, coffee and customer service and experience in managing multiple hospitality venues.
