The Opportunity
One of Australia's most revered High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) is seeking an immaculately groomed PA/Stewardess who can coordinate a variety of adhoc administrative/personal projects within their executive office as well as being on hand to assist with functions onboard his luxury cruiser.
This phenomenal role will require someone to possess immaculate presentation & communication skills.
Your new role
Your day to day will incorporate:
Your day to day will incorporate:
- Provide support to the C-suite EA with any administrative requests
- Coordinate any catering within the CBD office
- Manage any filing systems
- Facilities management of office
- Coordinate any personal errands such as buying gifts for family
- Pick up & drop off luxury motor vehicles for servicing
- Be on hand to assist with events on board the family cruiser (this may be some weekends)
What you Need
- The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
- Must have a stable career history
- Ability to work autonomously
- Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
- 5 years plus experience in the hospitality & corporate sector
