About the role

The Cruise1st Customer Support team provide expert travel advice, and second to none service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for a huge range of after-sales bookings and customer service tasks, including amendments, advice, cancellations, problem-solving, complaints handling, upgrades, and special customer service projects.

What you need

• Exceptional Customer Service experience and communication skills, preferably by phone and email
• Minimum 2 years travel industry experience, ideally using a GDS or reservation system
• Technical and computer literacy, common sense, and attention to detail an absolute must
• Legal entitlement to work in Australia
