The Campbelltown Catholic Club is the premier entertainment, leisure and dining destination of South Western Sydney. We are seeking a Chef De Partie and a Commi Chef for our Catering Department, which includes a busy Food Court, Function Centre, A la carte Cafe/Restaurant, Embers Grill and Asian Infusion Restaurant.
We are looking for experienced and motivated Chefs to work full time with the following skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- A passion for food/seasonal menus
- A hands on approach to work and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Flexibility to work across all sections of the kitchen
- Deliver meals at a consistent and high standard
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and health codes
- Display a punctual, professional and reliable character
- Ability to work a variety of day and night shifts
